i'm kicking myself so hard right now...i painted my front entry wall that "elephant gray" color to see if i'd like it. I wanted to show all of you guys (well, i think Nicki is my only reader) the atrociousness!!! on a brighter side...guess what was on TV?!?!?

That's RIGHT!!! i totally forgot how much i LOVE those IRONMAN movies!!! and how much i love ROBERT DOWNEY JR!!!

I've decided that I wanted to paint a few walls of our place. i wanted a light grey. Lauren and I went to the store and picked out a swatch that said ELEPHANT GREY. the swatch was the PERFECT color! we got the paint home, opened it...and it looks brown. i don't mind the brown...just was expecting GREY. we didn't believe the paint in the can so we...doodled on the wall to see what color it would be when it dried...it's still brown...

Our ward started off the year with an 8 year old getting baptized on Jan 2nd. This sunday...we had another. Brandon being the ward mission leader had to conduct.

i don't know how well you can read the program...but guess what's missing?!?!

My mom called me in the morning and asked if i wanted to go to IKEA. DUH MOM!!!!! i'll drop anything that i'm doing to go to Ikea!

i love this place! one day...my whole house will be from ikea!

we then went to the Mi Pueblo across the street for lunch and we were walking down the isles and saw the "religious candle" isle. when to my surprise, the Catholics have a candle for non other than:

the HOLY GHOST!!!!

and he was on sale for $1.17. what a steal of a deal. i felt kinda bad cuz everytime we saw a new candle...we'd just laugh harder and harder. i don't know what was so funny about it all...but i can just imagine the disgust on the faces of the people walking past us.

We went to the movies and saw Little Fockers!! it was really funny! but the BEST part of the night was that we went to the Hayward theaters. i knew for a fact that THIS theater had a life size JUSTIN BIEBER cut out. Raquel had showed me a picture of her with him on Christmas. Let me explain the reason for my excitement...BRANDON HATES Justin Bieber. for no reason!!! he just hates him! so of course:
